As a buyer it is understood that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions:
1) The web traffic packages indicated on TrafficDevelopment.com are of visitor traffic advertising in the form of individual page view hits which are generated by our spawning pop-up, pop-under, and/or exit pops.
2) It is understood by all parties that no guarantees or warrantees are made of what prospective customers do once they view your landing page. Sales convertions are completely dependant upon page prospective customer reaction to layout and presentation of whatever product or service the site sells.
3) All purchases come with a money-back guarantee of undelivered traffic. We will issue a refund for any traffic not delivered in accordance with these terms & conditions. It is our normal policy to always give more hits than purchased, to ensure there is never a problem.
4) Although we do everything possible to ensure complete customer satisfaction, once the campaign has been activated, we can not be responsible for downtime of customer's landing page server and/or Internet routing problems between the landing page server and visitor's browser after we have sent a hit, which may cause the window to not fully load the customer's landing page.
5) Landing page cannot spawn another window on load or exit and must not contain background sound or alerts. Any orders with any of these found will be canceled without notice or refund.
6) Due to the costly automated process involved in setting up these traffic packages, once a traffic package ad campaign is setup into our automated system, cancellations can not be refunded. If a campaign gets terminated for any reason at the customer's request or because of not obeying these guidelines, we are not responsible for any refunds.
7) Disclaimer of Warranties: The services are provided as is without any type of warranty. We make no warranties responsible to the legal nature or content of all web sites, on all third party links, advertisements, and affiliate partners, and will not take any responsibility of the accurate definition of the services provided other than as outlined in these terms and conditions.
8) Liability: Neither directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, collaborators, services, or service providers, associated in any way with providing these services are liable for any indirect, incidental, or any type of damages that may occur out of the use of the services, or to gain access to our services. We will not be liable to any material of web sites linked to that are part of our services, or for any type of information given by any third party links, web sites, affiliates, services. Agents, officers, employers, collaborators, services, service providers are not liable for any third party links, services, service providers, or affiliates we have on partner sites that our links may appear in and are accessible from. We Reserve the right to remove any advertisers or links from our sites at anytime. Reasons for removal may be illegal use of our services or illegal content on the third party sites, or racial or hate motivating sites. We reserve the right to change our site and terms and conditions page without prior notice. We do not guarantee the exact content on our website. We reserve the right to reject any orders.
9) Customers of these services agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement. The information provided by us to members may be proprietary in nature. Members acknowledge that they are not competitors of TrafficDevelopment.com and agree not to share this information with any competitors. Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to immediate cancelation of and to be banned from all of our services without refund.
